Please read the following information carefully as it will help you understand Xeropan's subscriptions, prices and legal aspects that may be important for your subscription!

Terms of use and privacy:

PRO vs free:

  • You can learn English, Spanish, French, German, Hungarian and 10 Specialized languages with Xeropan free of charge.
  • You can learn 5 minutes every 10 hours with the free plan of Xeropan.
  • If you go for the PRO subscription, you unlock unlimited learning.

7-day trial:

  • The first 7 days of your Xeropan trial are completely free. During the 7 days you can decide whether you want to become a PRO subscriber or not. 
  • If your subscription is not cancelled by the 6th day of the trial period at the latest, it will automatically continue and the card you have provided will be charged by the respective app store (Google, Apple) or card provider handling web payments (PayPal Braintree) for the amount of the subscription.

Xeropan subscriptions:

You can subscribe to the following plans within the app:

  • 1 month PRO subscription
  • 3 months PRO subscription
  • 6 months PRO subscription
  • 12 months PRO subscription
  • Lifetime PRO

Subscription renewal:

  • All subscriptions (except the PRO for the Lifetime PRO) will automatically renew at the end of the specified period. A Lifetime subscription is a one-time payment and you can use it as long as you like without any renewals. 
  • Your subscription can be cancelled prior to renewal to avoid automatic renewal.

Cancellation and refund:

  • During the 7-day trial period: If your subscription is not cancelled by the 6th day of the trial period at the latest, it will automatically continue and the card you have provided will be charged by the relevant app store (Google, Apple) or card provider that handles web payments (PayPal Braintree) for the amount of the subscription. No refunds can be given after the 7-day trial period.

  • Subscription: Our subscriptions are all for a specific duration and renew automatically. If you wish to cancel, you can do so at the latest 1 day before the renewal of your subscription, after which the card you have provided will be charged by the relevant app store (Google, Apple) or web payment card provider (PayPal Braintree) for the amount of the subscription. No refunds can be given in case of subscription renewal.

Prices and changes:

Prices may vary minimally from country to country due to different tax rules and from platform specifics.  If you want to see the exact prices, you will find them in the "PRO" menu within the Xeropan app. 

Subscription prices and terms are subject to change, but you will be notified of any changes in advance.

Payment methods and payment information protection:

  • Xeropan is linked to Google's, Apple’s and Braintree’s (PayPal company) payment providers. Each of these platform is bound by very strict rules both for downloading apps from the stores along with making payment through these providers. Their payment systems are globally recognised and trusted. These systems use high security measures to protect data, including data encryption and fraud protection.

Savings, coupons and discounts:

  • Promotions, savings and discounts: Xeropan offers various discounts (either by choosing a longer term subscription or by choosing a discount specifically for you or generally available discounts or combination any of these). Discounts are always applied to new subscription periods and cannot be applied retroactively. The following is a more detailed summary of what such savings may consist of:
  • Savings based on the duration of the subscription: The longer the subscription, the lower the price per month, so the more you can save per month. These savings are shown next to the price and are always compared to the price of a 1-month PRO subscription.For a 3 month subscription, these savings are 30%For a 6 month subscription, this saving is 40%For a 12-month subscription, this saving is 55%
  • Discounts at Xeropan: We also offer additional discounts for all our subscription plans. These discounts are activated according to different criteria within the app:
  • Individual discounts, coupons: At Xeropan, we reward those who are truly committed to language learning, so we reward active app use with discounts (coupons) on various subscriptions. These discounts are for individual learners only, and thus they are not available to all users and are limited in time.
  • Periodic discounts: During certain periods, we launch promotions available to all non-PRO learners in order to allow new or less active learners to purchase our subscriptions at a lower price. In this case, we also make the discounted prices of individual subscriptions available to our users
