Consumers in the European Economic Area (EEA) have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the contract is concluded. The 7-day free trial period is included in this 14-day period.
Once the 14-day period has expired, refunds are no longer available.
This does not affect any other consumer rights you may have, and you may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current subscription period.
In countries outside the EEA, the subscription fee is charged on the 8th day, after the 7-day free trial period ends. Once the payment has been successfully processed, refunds are not available.
