How can I check if I have an active subscription?

If you have already subscribed to one of our PRO subscriptions or are a new subscriber but you are not sure whether you have an active subscription or not, the following points may help:

  • Via app: Under Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Manage PRO, the app will indicate whether you are currently a free or PRO user. If you're a PRO user and haven't canceled your subscription yet, you can go to Google Play on your Android device or the App Store on iOS to cancel your subscription if you wish.

  • Via web: βš™οΈ(Settings, button, bottom left corner) by clicking on the Further Options β†’ Xeropan PRO tab.

If you have excluded all of the above options and are still not sure if you have an active PRO subsription, please contact our support team at info.en@xeropan.com and we will help you!
