If you want to be a PRO user, all you have to do is:
- Via App: As a free user, you can access our subscriptionsby clicking on the timer in the bottom left corner.
- Via Web: Click on the "PRO" button on the left side of the home screen to access our subscriptions!
Prices may vary slightly platform to platform and, by country due to different tax rules. If you want to see the exact prices, you will find them in the "PRO" menu within the Xeropan app.
Xeropan PRO subscriptions are managed by Google Play, Apple Store and PayPal Braintree. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the same price and for the same duration as you originally subscribed.
Want to try the PRO features before you buy?
First, you need to choose a subscription package that you want to use after the 7 days. You can cancel your chosen subscription package at any time during the trial period without any obligation. You can use the 7-day free trial period 1 time!
Cancelling a subscription:
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so via the same platform you subscribed to. You can do this by using the following:
- Google Play: Login via your Android device and follow the steps described here: Guide to unsubscribe via Google Play.
- App Store: Log in to your App Store account and follow the steps described here: Guide to unsubscribe via the App Store. Apple does not give developers the option to modify subscriptions from the App Store. So if you experience any problems canceling a subscription you created from your iOS device, please contact Apple Customer Service!
- Web: Go to the Xeropan web interface, then go to ⚙️(Settings button, bottom left corner) → Further Options → Xeropan PRO → Cancel subscription
