What happens if a student already has an active PRO subscription or profile?

If you already have a Xeropan profile and you log in to Xeropan NEPTUN via NEPTUN, your previous user account will be automatically overwritten.

How can I access my previous learning progress?
If you would like to access your previous learning progress, we recommend logging out of your Xeropan NEPTUN account and then logging in with the same Google, Apple or Facebook account you used previously. That way you can pick up where you left off.

What should I do if I no longer want to use my previous profile?
If you no longer wish to use your previous profile, but it has an active PRO subscription associated with it, the following guide can help you cancel the subscription: How to cancel your subscription?
