In each task (top right corner on mobile, bottom left corner on web), you will find a menu item with a 'Report a problem' button. Pressing this button will automatically take a screenshot of the screen that you are reporting as faulty and prepare an email with the relevant information so that we can fix the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. All we ask you to do is to describe the error you encountered and then you can send us the email!
If you encounter a problem while talking to the chatbot, please also describe what caused it (e.g.: What did you say that caused the bot to react incorrectly)!
