Sometimes the Wi-Fi or mobile network can interfere with the network connection of the application, in which case you will receive a "Network error" message.

For a solution, follow these steps!:

  • Try to connect with Wi-Fi turned off!
  • Try to connect with Wi-Fi turned on!
  • Restart the app!
  • Delete and reinstall the app!
