In Xeropan, you can encounter two types of activation links: the promotional link offering a discount and the link granting PRO access.
How to redeem the links?
1. Make sure you want to activate the link!
Only click the activation link if you are certain you want to redeem it, as the action cannot be undone after clicking the link.
2. Log in to your Xeropan account!
If you have purchased a family package and you get more access from us, you can activate each activation link in a separate profile. We recommend that each member of your family logs into their own profile before activating a link, so they can continue learning wherever and whenever they want, right where you left off!
How to switch users:
- Via the app:
Log out: Profile → ⚙️ (settings button in the top-right corner) → 'Sign out' button (at the bottom of the screen).
Log in: After logging out, click the 'Sign in here' button. - Via the web:
Log out: ⚙️ (click the settings button in the bottom-left corner) → 'Sign out'
Log in: Click the 'Start Learning' button.
Important!
The activation link will only work for users who do not have an active PRO subscription. If you are not a subscriber, please follow the steps below to activate:
3. Once you click the link, your PRO access will be activated on your profile, and you can start learning!
