3. What is included in the course?

Xeropan's Tourism and Hospitality English course consists of four main modules covering the following topics:

  • Tourism Basics,
  • Hospitality,
  • Management and Organization

4. The focus of language course:

  • tourism basics, passive tourism, active tourism, entertainment, 
  • transport, hotel management, room division, food and beverage, F and B operations, event
  • management, travel agency, tour operation, destination management, marketing and promotion, economics and policy

5. How is the course structured and how long does it take to complete?

  • The average number of terms learned during the training is 2000-2500.
  • You first define a term and then practice its meaning and pronunciation.
  • With the help of artificial intelligence and using a microphone, specialized language skills can be developed in realistic and spontaneous speaking situations. For example, in the tourism English module, students can simulate presenting travel offers or showcasing tourist sites, similar to a real tourism environment.

  • The curriculum has been broken down into smaller chunks of around 15-20 minutes to make efficient use of the day's downtime.
  • On average, it takes about 4 months to complete a language course.

The course builds on basic knowledge and assumes a minimum level of B1+ (at least intermediate) in general English language knowledge.
